Hi Avondale Run neighbors,

I put this demo together to show what a new Avondale Run website could look like: built around your community, easy for the board to keep up, and owned by your association.

The questions neighbors ask most are answered in one place: who clears the snow, what goes out on which day, and where townhouse owners park. Dues has the $255 assessment and the reason for this year's increase, and the nature trails get their own spot.

The Public / Signed in switch at the top shows the members-only side: a directory and map of the neighborhood with a made-up household at every address.

Annual dues

$255 a year

The annual assessment is due January 1, with a $15 late fee after February 1. The 2026 increase follows Maryland's reserve-study law, which showed the reserves needed more for future repairs.
