Hi Avondale Run neighbors,

I put this demo together to show what a new Avondale Run website could look like: built around your community, easy for the board to keep up, and owned by your association.

The questions neighbors ask most are answered in one place: who clears the snow, what goes out on which day, and where townhouse owners park. Dues has the $255 assessment and the reason for this year's increase, and the nature trails get their own spot.

The Public / Signed in switch at the top shows the members-only side: a directory and map of the neighborhood with a made-up household at every address.

Avondale Run Turkey Trot

A relaxed Thanksgiving-morning 5K (or 1-mile family loop) around the neighborhood.

Details

Run, jog, walk or push a stroller. The 5K loops Doral, Long Valley and Lakes; the family loop circles the common area.
Hot cider and coffee at the finish. Bring a canned good for the local food bank bin.
No registration needed, but turkey hats are strongly encouraged.
